To change your voicemail greeting, do the following:


  1. Go to your voicemail by pressing the envelope button on your phone
  2. Enter your pin, followed by the # key
  3. Press 0 for mailbox options
  4. Press 1 to record your unavailable message (the message that will play if you don’t answer
  5. Press 2 to record your busy message (the message that will play if you’re on the line at the time of the call)
  6. Press # after recording. Press 1 to accept, press 2 to review, and press 3 to rerecord
